Continuing Education:

Eight (8) continuing education credit (CE) hours are approved and provided by New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) for Florida DC, CCPA, ACBN and AP*. (*AP hours are applied first to BioMedical hour requirements, then to General hour requirements.)

Although we only guarantee CE hours for Florida practitioners as listed above, CE hours may be available in other states. We cannot guarantee other states CE approvals and, therefore, it is your responsibility as a practitioner to contact your specific board prior to registering to verify that hours for this course will be accepted.

About the Speaker:

Dr. Lawrence is a Certified Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Doctor of Naturopathy, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and holds a PhD in Natural Medicine. Her expertise is in incorporating Whole Food Nutrition and Herbal remedies to support such issues as blood sugar handling, Thyroid Function, Autoimmunity, Adrenal Function, Female & Male Hormones and Digestion. Dr. Lawrence loves the challenge of difficult Endocrine cases. She enjoys public speaking with the goal of helping people choose a healthy lifestyle. What’s the refund policy?

$49 cancellation fee will be applied to all registrations cancelled within 7 days of the event. For orders with multiple registrations, each registration will have the fee applied. For this event, last day to cancel for a full refund is November 8, 2019.
